I would highly recommend Mont for any and all of your house-hunting needs. He helped my wife and I find our dream house in Fort Smith. He was extremely patient and courteous with us throughout the entire process, despite the fact that we made him show us over 20-30 homes and strung him along for around 3 months! Never did he pressure us on any decisions, but he was extremely urgent and professional in all communications and negotiation proceedings. This guy will go to bat for his client without a moment's hesitation. Mont's knowledge of and network within the Fort Smith region was a huge benefit. He knew a majority of the folks that we ended up working with, which helped speed along the process and aided in negotiations. He was super-knowledgeable of all the neighborhoods we looked in, and has a keen insight of real estate values, both present and future. His help didn't end when the house was bought, either - he was there with us at closing and advised us on a couple of things that actually ended up saving us even more on our final mortgage payment amount. And he has made himself available for anything else we might need, even after that. Can't say enough good things about this guy! Very easy and fun to work with!

Mont drove out and showed us homes on a Sunday. He let us use his moving truck, and then drove out in the rain to bring us a spare key when we locked the original set of keys inside the truck late one night. It was a great experience of looking, buying, and moving into our new home. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
